My journey
I’ve always been fascinated by one question:
why do some teams perform while others, with the same talent, don’t?
That question led me to build a career at the intersection of business and human behavior — across corporate environments, consulting, and academia — working with leaders and teams in different countries and cultures.
Along the way, I became a certified coach and deepened my approach through the Disney Institute, where I specialized in leadership excellence and employee engagement. That experience shaped how I see organizations: not just as systems to manage, but as experiences to design.
Today, I partner with HR and business leaders to help them close the gap between potential and performance — developing leaders who think with clarity, act with ownership, and drive real impact.
Because in the end, it’s not about delivering training.
It’s about changing how people show up, decide, and lead — every single day.
