Make your organization
as capable as your
strategy demands.

A great strategy means little without an organization capable of bringing it to life. I partner with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams to align how their organizations are designed, led, and managed with what their businesses need to achieve.

Milan-based. Working internationally.

For over 15 years, I've worked across multinational corporations, growing businesses, and diverse organizational environments in Europe and Latin America. My perspective

Before changing people,
look at what shapes their behavior.

When decisions move slowly, the problem isn't always the decision-makers. Sometimes, nobody knows who has the authority to decide.

When collaboration breaks down, the answer isn't necessarily another team-building workshop. Sometimes, teams are rewarded for pursuing competing priorities.

And when culture starts to erode, rewriting company values won't accomplish much if everyday practices continue to reward the wrong behaviors.

That's where my work begins: understanding the connections between strategy, structure, leadership, and culture — and helping organizations make them work together.

Organizations don't perform according to what they intend. They perform according to how they operate.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • A company grows faster than its decision-making structure can handle.
  • A capable leadership team struggles to align around shared priorities.
  • A culture that worked in a small organization becomes harder to sustain as the business scales.
  • A strategy is clear on paper, but execution consistently breaks down between teams.

Expertise

Four disciplines. One organizational perspective.

Organizational effectiveness doesn't come from isolated initiatives. It emerges when structures, leadership practices, and culture support the same business priorities.

How I work

The organization is the intervention.

I don't believe in treating organizational challenges as isolated people problems.

Leadership development won't compensate for unclear accountability. Cultural initiatives won't overcome contradictory incentives. And a new organizational chart won't change much if decision-making remains the same.

That's why I start by understanding how the organization actually works — not just how it's supposed to work.

From there, I work alongside leaders to identify what needs to change, translate insight into practical decisions, and build the internal capability to sustain progress.

The goal isn't to make your organization dependent on a consultant. It's to make it more capable without one.

About Fede

I work with people.
But I think in systems.

I'm Fede Fernandez Olivero, an organizational development consultant and executive coach based in Milan.

I've seen organizational challenges from different sides of the table: as an HR practitioner, a consultant, a coach, and an educator. That breadth gives me a perspective that connects organizational understanding, business realities, and human dynamics in ways that separate initiatives rarely do.

For more than 15 years, I've worked across Europe and Latin America, supporting organizations and leaders through growth, change, and evolving business demands — from multinationals navigating large-scale transformation to growing companies building their organizational foundations for the first time.

What I've learned is that organizational performance rarely improves simply by asking people to work harder or leaders to try harder. It improves when we make better decisions about how organizations are designed, how leadership is practiced, and what behaviors our systems encourage.

Today, I bring that perspective to my work with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams — not to introduce unnecessary complexity, but to help them build organizations capable of achieving what matters.
